Bookkeeping. We record your income and expenses from your statements and receipts, reconcile the bank, and keep the records ready for your year-end return.
Payroll. We work out pay and deductions for your employees and prepare their pay stubs. We tell you how much to send to the CRA and when. We prepare the year-end slips.
GST filing. We prepare and file your GST returns on the schedule the CRA has set for your business. We tell you what to pay and when.
How it works
- Call or request a callback. We ask about your business, how many transactions and employees you have, and what is already in place.
- Set up. We agree what you send us and how often, and confirm the fee.
- Ongoing. You send records on the agreed schedule. We keep the books, run payroll and file GST, and flag anything that needs your attention.
Fees
Fees depend on the volume of transactions, the number of employees and how often filings are due. We confirm the fee before we start, and again if your business changes.
Common questions
How often do you update the books?
That depends on the business. Some clients send records monthly, others quarterly. We agree a schedule with you at the start.
Do I need to register for GST?
Usually you must register once your sales pass $30,000. That can happen in one three-month period, or across the last four three-month periods added together. Some kinds of business must register from the start. Some choose to register early. We can look at your situation and tell you what applies.
What does payroll include?
We work out pay and deductions, prepare pay stubs, tell you how much to send to the CRA, and prepare year-end slips. Tell us how many employees you have and how often you pay them.
Can I speak to someone in Punjabi?
Yes. Our team speaks English and Punjabi. Tell us your preferred language when you call or request a callback.
