- Payroll records, if you have employees
- GST filings made during the year, if you are registered

What is included
We prepare your year-end business tax return from your bookkeeping records. We go through the figures with you. Then we file the return with the CRA. If your records are not complete, we can bring them up to date first.
How it works
- Call or request a callback. We ask a few questions about how your business is set up and what records you keep.
- Bring your records to our Surrey office. We go through them with you and tell you if anything is missing.
- We prepare and file. You review the return before it is filed, and you keep a copy.
Fees
Fees depend on the size of the business and the state of the records. We tell you the fee before we start.
Common questions
What is the deadline for a business tax return?
It depends on how your business is set up. If you report business income on your personal return, the filing deadline is June 15, with any balance owing due April 30. We will confirm the dates that apply to you.
My books are a mess. Can you still do the return?
Yes. We can bring the records up to date first and then prepare the return. Tell us the situation when you call and we will explain what it involves.
Can you also look after bookkeeping and GST during the year?
Yes. Many clients have us handle bookkeeping, payroll and GST filings so the year-end return is straightforward. See our bookkeeping page for details.
Can I speak to someone in Punjabi?
Yes. Our team speaks English and Punjabi. Tell us your preferred language when you call or request a callback.
